Skin Bumps - Is That Another Name for Acne?

The simple task of shaving can create skin bumps on the face of some people. The facial hair that is cut very close to the skin or under the skin depending on the razor used, the hair growing back will caused some bumps to appear on the skin. That is why some people never shave too close to the skin for fear of having facial skin bumps. Other skin bumps or lumps may be the results of infections.
